Hotel Contracting Executive – Temporary Basis
Looking for enthusiastic individuals with 1-3 years of experience in a similar profile with Good negotiation skills & Destination knowledge
Your work will include:
Negotiate the best contract rates, special offers, terms, and conditions Hotels
Developing cost-sheets, quotes, proposals & RFQ’s
Renegotiation of rates post closure and maximize margins
Analyse revenue/room per nights’ cost to identify sales growth opportunities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Ability to develop close working relationship with suppliers to achieve optimum results.
